The survey aims to find out about the experiences of NDIS Providers of NDIS programs during emergency and disaster situations, such as bushfire, flood and the Covid Pandemic. Your responses will help us to give feedback to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission about providing support to NDIS Providers during times of emergency and disaster. They will also help with developing a toolkit of resources for NDIS Providers.
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Your participation in this survey is voluntary. All of your responses will be kept confidential, and will not be linked to any personal demographic information asked in the first section.
You are able to skip any questions you don’t wish to answer, and to discontinue your survey at any time.
